Upon moving into our four-year-old, well-kept home, we set about making sure that all systems had been maintained and periodically serviced. There was no existing HVAC tuneup contract—but Yellow Dot’s logo was on our thermostats, so we gave them a call. Excellent decision! Service tech Maximilian was prompt, knowledgeable and thorough. We’ll be seeing him or one of his associates twice a year into the foreseeable future, knowing that our double-zoned heating and air conditioning will continue to reliably keep us comfortable.
